Two-stage gas producer thermal detar gas station

The process flow of the two-stage furnace thermal detar gas station: the upper gas enters the electrical filter, and its working temperature is between 90-150℃. The tar mist and dust in the gas are melted, collected on the pipe wall, and flow to the tar tank by itself. The lower gas passes through the ash hopper to remove large particles of dust and then enters the cyclone to be centrifuged for dust removal. The temperature after dust removal is about 450-550°C. After the upper gas and the lower gas are mixed, they are sent to the heating furnace through the gas pipeline.

The gas produced by the two-stage gas producer is divided into upper-stage gas and lower-stage gas. The upper-stage gas has an advanced level 1 electric tar catcher to remove heavy tar and dust. Its working temperature is between 90-150°C, and then enters indirect cooling. The gas is cooled to about 35-45℃ in the indirect cooler. The lower gas is dedusted by the cyclone dust collector, and the temperature after dust removal is about 450-550℃. Then it enters the waste heat exchanger, cools the gas and recovers the sensible heat of the gas, the gas temperature drops to about 200-230℃; then it enters the air cooler to cool down, the temperature drops to 65-801℃, and is recycled through the indirect cooler The cooling water is indirectly cooled to 35-45°C. After being indirectly cooled, the upper section gas and the lower section gas enter the secondary electric oil catcher to remove oil and dust again. The cooled and purified gas is pressurized by a pressurizer and transported and used through gas pipelines.
