Some problems with forging heating furnaces that you may not know
Release time:2017-03-13      The number of clicks:353

During the use of the forging heating furnace, you may encounter various problems such as excessive thermal inertia and the use of refractory materials. Today, Yinuo will explain to you.

1. Reasons for excessive thermal inertia of forging heating furnace

Answer: Because the signal transmission takes time, in order to consider this lag time, usually the heating power of the equipment will be considered to reduce the heating power when it is close to the set temperature. Generally, the power is only about 10% at (-5) degrees. Control the heating rate so that the temperature rise is small when the temperature is reached.

2. Why can't the furnace temperature of the forging heating furnace drop too fast?

Answer: If the flue gas temperature is limited by 800 degrees, the surface thermal strength of the furnace tube cannot reach the upper limit recommended by the specification, and the volumetric thermal strength of the furnace is much lower than the specified value of the specification, and there is still a considerable margin.

3. Requirements for refractory materials used in forging heating furnaces

Answer: Forging heating furnaces generally use aluminum-silicon refractories, the inner lining is made of heavy-weight aluminum-silicon refractories, and the outer lining is made of light-weight and lightweight clay bricks and insulation boards and other heat-insulating refractory materials to improve heat preservation performance . The furnace roof of the soaking zone and heating zone is made of high-aluminum hanging bricks, and the upper surface is covered with a layer of thermal insulation bricks. The furnace wall is built with high-alumina bricks, clay bricks, light clay bricks and thermal insulation boards from the inside to the outside. Magnesia chrome bricks or magnesia bricks are used as the inner working layer for the forging heating furnace bottom, and clay bricks are used for the inner working layer of the preheating zone.
