2. The furnace wall of the heating furnace collapses

The furnace wall of the steel rolling heating furnace collapses due to the following reasons:

① First, understand the furnace type. It belongs to walking heating furnace, trolley heating furnace or ring heating furnace.

②The refractory castable used for the furnace wall is incorrect, or the correct material is selected, but the quality of the material is too poor, which causes it to collapse after a short period of time.

③ During construction, the castable for the furnace wall was not constructed in accordance with the correct operation process.

④ Failure to follow the heating curve diagram correctly during the oven drying resulted in residual moisture.

⑤ Caused by external mechanical impact.
