Gas heat treatment furnaces are widely used in metallurgy, machinery and other industries. Staff should pay attention to the following points during operation to ensure the stability of gas heat treatment furnaces.

1. Operators should pass the on-the-job training and appraisal and hold the certificate to work, and must operate in accordance with the operating instructions to ensure production.

2. Before the gas heat treatment furnace starts to ignite, the purge program must be started for more than three minutes. Check whether the sand seal, back seal, and door seal of the furnace are tight. If any problems are found, handle them in time. It is forbidden to ignite the furnace under the condition of poor sealing.

3. When loading the trolley, it should not be chao high, super wide, super long, or overweight. Pay attention to the reasonable fabric and uniformity of the load on the surface of the trolley.

4. When the furnace is stopped for more than 15 days, the gas pipeline should be vented before the furnace is started for production; when the furnace is stopped for more than one month, and the furnace is restarted for production, the furnace should be baked according to the furnace curve, and the production can be raised normally .

5. When the gas heat treatment furnace malfunctions, refer to the troubleshooting items to find and eliminate it. If the short-term judgment is not clear and cannot be handled in time, it should be reported to the person in charge of the site and the organization personnel for emergency repair. During maintenance, it is forbidden to overlap the welding machine ground wire on the pipeline system. When welding the natural gas pipeline, the gas must be purged and the gas source must be disconnected.

6. When repairing the components of the burner system, the gas or power must be cut off. Special attention: when repairing the ignition rod, the power must be cut off to prevent electric shock on the high voltage side.

Note: Gas-fired heat treatment furnace should be regularly checked for leaks, drained, cleaned, lubricated, and sealed to ensure that the furnace does not work with diseases.
