Forging heating furnace has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, long service life, wide applicability, etc. Its forging products are of good quality, and the specific cooling methods are as follows:

1. Conveyor chain air cooling

There are one or two blowers under the conveyor chain, the air volume can be adjusted in multiple blocks, and the conveyor chain speed can also be adjusted. The forgings are cooled slowly on the conveyor chain.

2. Conveyor chain cooling

The forging is slowly cooled on the conveyor chain, and the length of the conveyor chain is determined by the cooling rate.

3. Stack cold in the box

The forgings are heated and forged in the forging heating furnace and are directly air-cooled in the material box, which is generally suitable for non-quenched and tempered steel parts with a wide range of hardness.


4. Conveyor belt type temperature control cooling in the box

The box furnace is divided into several sections, equipped with heater, stirring fan and temperature automatic control system, and the conveyor speed is adjustable. Adjust the temperature and air volume according to the hardness of the forging and the requirements of the metallographic structure. When the hardness of the forging is high, the heating temperature in the forging heating furnace will be increased and the running time will be slowed down, otherwise, the opposite will be adjusted.
