1. The burner is not strong enough

The strength of the refractory material selected for the burner lining is low, the lining is seriously damaged, and the burner burns through, causing fire around the burner.

2. Unstable production rhythm

Frequent temperature rise and fall, point shutdown of the furnace, thermal expansion and contraction, the furnace body refractory material and steel plate cracks, the location where the cracks overlap, the high-temperature gas and the air outside the furnace mix and burn, causing fire.

3. Part of the furnace skin steel plate after the furnace body column is used in the furnace body design and construction
